เครือเจริญโภคภัณฑ์ เดินหน้าปลุกพลังความคิดสร้างสรรค์ของบุคลากรทั่วโลก เปิดรับผลงานเข้าร่วมประกวดในงาน “มหกรรมนวัตกรรมบัวบาน เครือเจริญโภคภัณฑ์ 2026” เวทีสำคัญที่เปิดโอกาสให้พนักงานจากทุกกลุ่มธุรกิจได้แสดงศักยภาพด้านนวัตกรรม นำเสนอไอเดียใหม่ แลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ และต่อยอดประสบการณ์ เพื่อร่วมกันขับเคลื่อนองค์กรสู่อนาคตแห่งการเติบโตอย่างยั่งยืน
การจัดงานครั้งนี้สอดคล้องกับวิสัยทัศน์ของเครือเจริญโภคภัณฑ์ที่มุ่งเป็น “องค์กรผู้นำด้านเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรม ในการสร้างอาหารคน อาหารสมอง และโอกาสในการเข้าถึงคุณค่า เพื่อสุขภาพและความเป็นอยู่ที่ดีสำหรับทุกคน” โดยให้ความสำคัญกับการสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมที่สามารถต่อยอดสู่การใช้จริงในธุรกิจ ผ่านการปรับปรุง เปลี่ยนแปลง พัฒนา หรือประยุกต์ใช้แนวคิดใหม่ ๆ เพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพการแข่งขันและสร้างคุณค่าให้กับสังคมในระยะยาว
สำหรับการประกวดในปีนี้ เปิดรับผลงานนวัตกรรมจากบุคลากรเครือซีพีทั่วโลก ใน 4 ประเภทหลัก ได้แก่
1. Product & Service Innovation นวัตกรรมด้านผลิตภัณฑ์หรือบริการ ทั้งการสร้างผลิตภัณฑ์หรือบริการใหม่ หรือการยกระดับของเดิมให้ก้าวหน้าอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ
2. Process Innovation นวัตกรรมเชิงกระบวนการ เช่น การพัฒนากระบวนการผลิต การปรับปรุงระบบการทำงาน หรือการนำเทคโนโลยีใหม่มาใช้เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการดำเนินงาน
3. Business Model Innovation การพัฒนารูปแบบธุรกิจใหม่ การส่งมอบคุณค่าใหม่ให้ลูกค้า การสร้างช่องทางรายได้ใหม่ หรือการบริหารโครงสร้างต้นทุนรูปแบบใหม่ ผ่านการประยุกต์ใช้นวัตกรรม
4. Sustainability Innovation นวัตกรรมที่สร้างผลกระทบเชิงบวกต่อสังคม สิ่งแวดล้อม และการเติบโตอย่างยั่งยืนขององค์กรในระยะยาว
นอกจากเป็นเวทีนำเสนอผลงานแล้ว มหกรรมนวัตกรรมบัวบาน ยังเป็นพื้นที่สำคัญในการ เชิดชูเกียรตินวัตกรและนักวิชาการของเครือฯ พร้อมเปิดโอกาสให้บุคลากรจากหลากหลายธุรกิจได้มาพบปะ แลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ และจุดประกายแนวคิดใหม่ ๆ ที่สามารถต่อยอดสู่การพัฒนานวัตกรรมระดับองค์กร
