14 พฤศจิกายน 2568 – ทรู คอร์ปอเรชั่น ลงพื้นที่ตรวจสอบและดูแลโครงข่ายสัญญาณมือถืออย่างต่อเนื่องหลังหลายจังหวัดในภาคกลาง อาทิ สิงห์บุรี พระนครศรีอยุธยา นครสวรรค์ อุทัยธานี ชัยนาท และอ่างทอง เป็นต้น โดยเฉพาะในจังหวัดสิงห์บุรี หลังประสบเหตุพนังกั้นน้ำพังทำให้ประสบปัญหาน้ำทะลักเพิ่มรุนแรง โดยทีมวิศวกรเครือข่ายได้ติดตามสถานการณ์อุทกภัยอย่างใกล้ชิด พร้อมดำเนินแผนรับมือภัยน้ำท่วมเพื่อให้บริการสื่อสารของประชาชนสามารถใช้งานได้อย่างต่อเนื่องไม่สะดุด
ทรู คอร์ปอเรชั่นได้ส่งทีมเน็ตเวิร์กลงสำรวจสถานีฐานในพื้นที่เสี่ยงหลายจังหวัดภาคกลางที่ยังคงประสบน้ำท่วมต่อเนื่อง โดยเฉพาะในจังหวัดสิงห์บุรี ซึ่งเมื่อวันที่ 12 พฤศจิกายนที่ผ่านมา เกิดเหตุพนังกั้นน้ำพังทลายบริเวณอำเภออินทร์บุรี ส่งผลให้น้ำทะลักเข้าท่วมพื้นที่เพิ่มเติม ทีมเน็ตเวิร์กของทรูจึงนำเรือเข้าตรวจสอบสถานีฐานใกล้วัดดอกไม้ สิงห์บุรีที่น้ำท่วมสูง พบว่าอุปกรณ์สื่อสารหลักยังคงทำงานได้ตามปกติ แต่เพื่อความมั่นใจจึงได้ยกระดับมาตรการด้านความปลอดภัยระบบไฟฟ้า และได้ประสานการไฟฟ้าภูมิภาคเข้าดูแล เพื่อป้องกันผลกระทบไฟรั่วต่างๆ หากระดับน้ำยังคงเพิ่มสูงขึ้น
ในส่วนของมาตรการฉุกเฉิน ทรู คอร์ปอเรชั่น ได้จัดเตรียมการรองรับสถานการณ์อย่างรอบด้าน ทั้งการเสริมเครื่องปั่นไฟและน้ำมันสำรอง รวมถึงแบตเตอรี่สำรองในกรณีไฟฟ้าถูกตัดจากน้ำท่วม พร้อมจัดเตรียมรถโมบายล์สถานีฐานเคลื่อนที่เร็ว (Cell on Wheels: COW) เพื่อเสริมสัญญาณในจุดวิกฤต ตลอดจนจัดทีมซ่อมบำรุงฉุกเฉิน ยานพาหนะ 4WD และเรือท้องแบน เพื่อเข้าถึงพื้นที่ประสบภัยได้อย่างรวดเร็ว
ขณะเดียวกัน ศูนย์ปฏิบัติการเครือข่ายอัจฉริยะ BNIC ของทรู ยังคงทำงานตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง โดยใช้ระบบ AI Network Monitoring ตรวจสอบและบริหารเครือข่ายแบบเรียลไทม์ เพื่อให้โครงข่ายสื่อสารทั้งมือถือและอินเทอร์เน็ตบ้านสามารถให้บริการได้อย่างต่อเนื่องด้วยประสิทธิภาพสูงสุดทุกสถานการณ์

November 14, 2025 – True Corporation has deployed network engineering teams to inspect and reinforce mobile base stations across flood-affected provinces in the Central region, including Sing Buri, Ayutthaya, Nakhon Sawan, Uthai Thani, Chainat, and Ang Thong. In Sing Buri, where a flood barrier recently collapsed, causing severe water overflow, True’s engineers have been closely monitoring the situation and implementing flood-response measures to ensure uninterrupted mobile communication for local residents.
Field engineers reached the base station near Wat Dokmai in In Buri District, Sing Buri by boat to conduct inspections, where floodwaters remain high. The team confirmed that core communication equipment remains operational and, in coordination with the Provincial Electricity Authority, tightened electrical safety protocols to prevent potential hazards as water levels rise.
True Corporation has also activated comprehensive emergency measures, including the deployment of power generators, fuel and battery reserves for backup in case of power cuts, as well as the readiness of Cell on Wheels (COW) mobile base stations to boost coverage in critical areas. Emergency repair teams, 4WD vehicles, and flat-bottom boats have been prepared to reach flooded zones swiftly.
At the same time, Business and Network Intelligence Center (BNIC) continues round-the-clock network monitoring, utilizing AI-powered systems for real-time analysis and control to ensure both mobile and broadband services remain fully operational with maximum efficiency under all conditions.
