“CPF มาเลเซีย MOU พีเคพีเอส” สร้างความมั่นคงทางอาหาร และสู่ฮับอาหารฮาลาลโลก

CPF มาเลเซีย ลงนามบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือกับ Selangor Agriculture Development Board (PKPS) เพื่อร่วมพัฒนาธุรกิจด้านเกษตรอุตสาหกรรมในรัฐซาลังงอก์ ประเทศมาเลเซีย โดยมี โครงการที่จะทำฟาร์มไก่พันธุ์เนื้อและฟาร์มไก่ไข่ เพื่อสร้างความมั่นคงทางอาหารให้กับประเทศ รวมถึงผลักดันก้าวสู่การเป็น ศูนย์กลางการผลิตอาหารฮาลาล และส่งออกไปตลาดมุสลิมทั่วโลก โดยเฉพาะตะวันออกกลาง คณะผู้บริหารจาก PKPS องค์กรภาครัฐ ประเทศมาเลเซีย จัดตั้งขึ้นเพื่อดำเนินธุรกิจด้านการเกษตร และพัฒนาศักยภาพประชาชนในรัฐเซลังงอก์ นำโดย ดร.โมหะหมัด ไคริล โมหะหมัด ราซิ (Dr Mohamad Khairil Mohamad Razi) ประธานผู้บริหาร ของ PKPS ลงนาม MOU กับ คุณสมภพ มงคลพิทักษ์สุข ประธานกรรมการ และคุณมนตรี สีหมนตรี กรรมการผู้จัดการ คณะผู้บริหาร CPF มาเลเซีย สอดคล้องตามหลัก 3 ประโยชน์ของเครือซีพี คือการดำเนินธุรกิจที่ใดจะต้องเป็นประโยชน์ของประเทศ ประชาชน และองค์กรเป็นลำดับสุดท้าย

ความร่วมมือในครั้งนี้ เป็นการต่อยอดความร่วมมือทางธุรกิจเกษตรอุตสาหกรรม โดยดำเนินการฟาร์มไก่พันธุ์เนื้อ และฟาร์มไก่ไข่ ในรัฐซาลังงอก์ ซึ่งปัจจุบัน CPF มาเลเซีย ช่วยดำเนินการบริหารฟาร์มของ PKPS จำนวน 2 ฟาร์ม และดำเนินในรูปแบบฟาร์มประกันราคาอีก 2 แห่ง

ทั้งนี้ CPF มาเลเซีย จะถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ด้านการเลี้ยงสัตว์มาตรฐานสูงระดับโลกให้กับเจ้าหน้าที่ของ PKPS เพื่อพัฒนาความรู้ เสริมศักยภาพขีดการแข่งขันของภาคเกษตรของมาเลเซีย และร่วมสร้างความมั่นคงทางอาหารให้กับชาวมาเลเซีย รวมทั้งสนับสนุนให้บริษัท PKPS สามารถพัฒนาสู่การเป็นฮับของอาหารฮาลาลในอนาคต

นอกจากนี้ คณะผู้บริหาร PKPS ยังเดินทางไปเยี่ยมชมการดำเนินงานที่ฟาร์มไก่พันธุ์เนื้อ โรงฟัก และโรงชำแหละของ CPF จ.นครราชสีมา อีกด้วย

CPF Malaysia has collaborated with Selangor Agriculture Development Corporation (PKPS) to boost agricultural development in Malaysia. Dr. Mohamad Khairil Mohamad Razi, CEO of PKPS, signed the memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Mr. Sompop Mongkolpitaksuk, Chairman of CPF Malaysia, and Mr. Montree Srihamontree, President of CPF Malaysia, at CP Tower Silom in Bangkok. The collaboration is in accordance with CP Group’s “3-benefits” principle of putting the needs of the country and the people ahead of the Group’s business interests.

As part of the agreement, new broiler breeder farm and layer farm will be established in Selangor, Malaysia. The effort aims at creating Halal food hubs and strengthening food security for the country.

The collaboration will focus on the expansion of agriculture and livestock business, particularly new broiler breeder farm and layer farm in Selangor. In addition, CPF Malaysia will share an expertise in handling farming operation to PKBS’s staffs. This will help to ensure food security for the state. The MoU signing is in line with CPF Malaysia’s goal to be the Halal Food Hubs and export products to Muslim consumer markets, including the Middle East.

In addition, PKPS’s delegation also visited CPF’s breeder farm and hatchery facility as well as processing plant in Nakhon Ratchasima province. PKBS is a state corporation under State Government of Selangor in Malaysia. The company is responsible for advancing the plantation industry and agricultural base for the improvement of socio-economic development of the state. The organization also carries out commercial projects for the benefit of people.
