ในวันที่ 8 สิงหาคม ของทุกๆ ปี คณะผู้บริหาร พนักงาน และคนงาน โรงงานแปรรูปเนื้อไก่ CP มาเลเซีย ประกอบด้วย ชาวมุสลิม จีน อินเดีย และไทย พร้อมใจร่วมพิธีทำบุญ 3 ศาสนา อย่างพร้อมเพรียง ได้แก่ การสวดขอพรดูอาร์ (Doa Prayers) โดยโต๊ะอิหม่าม, การไหว้ศาลและเจ้าที่ การถวายภัตตาหารและเครื่องสังฆทานแด่พระภิกษุสงฆ์ เพื่อความเป็นสิริมงคล ความเจริญรุ่งเรืองของบริษัทฯ และสร้างขวัญกำลังใจให้กับพนักงาน
ในการนี้ คุณมนตรี สีหมนตรี รักษาการกรรมการผู้จัดการ และ คุณธีรพงศ์ โรจน์ทิพย์ ผู้บริหารสูงสุดฝ่ายบัญชีและการเงิน ร่วมแจกอาหารให้กับตัวแทนพนักงาน คนงาน และลูกจ้างเหมา ตลอดจนการทำอาหารเลี้ยงผู้เข้าร่วมงาน 850 คน
ทั้งนี้ CPF เข้าลงทุนในประเทศมาเลเซีย มาตั้งแต่ปี 1972 เป็นเวลา 50 ปี โดยจัดตั้งโรงงานชำแหละเนื้อไก่และโรงงานผลิตขนป่นแห่งแรก ปี 1988 ในเมืองเซนาวัง (Senawang) รัฐเนเกอร์รี สิมบิลัน (Negeri Sembilan) มีกำลังการผลิต 18.9 ล้านตัวต่อปี จากนั้นในปี 2000 เปิดโรงงานแปรรูปเนื้อไก่โรงแรก และในปี 2010 เปิดโรงงานแปรรูปเนื้อไก่โรงที่ 2 ในพื้นที่เดียวกัน มีกำลังการผลิตอาหารสำเร็จรูป 16,800 ตันต่อปี โดยยึดหลัก 3 ประโยชน์สู่ความยั่งยืนในการดำเนินธุรกิจ คือประโยชน์ต่อประเทศชาติ ประชาชน และบริษัท เป็นลำดับสุดท้าย
CP Malaysia hosts the ritual ceremony to mark the company’s 50th anniversary.
To celebrate the 50th anniversary on August 8th, 2022, CP Malaysia arranged the merit-making ceremony which includes 3 religious practices; Muslim, Buddhism, and Chinese rituals, for its employees who are Chinese, Muslims, Buddhist, and Indians.
The company hosted catering meal services at the ceremony for 850 reception participants. Mr.Montri Srihamomtri, Acting President, and Theerapong Rojanathip, CFO, also delivered food to representatives of employees, workers, and casual workers.
CPF started the business in Malaysia in 1972 by opening its first poultry slaughterhouse with 18.9 million chickens a year and the feather manufacturing plant in Senawang, Negeri Sembilan in 1988. In 2000, the company launched the first poultry processing plant followed by the 2nd poultry processing in 2010 with a production capacity of 16,800 tonnes a year. The company has committed to adhere “3 Benefits” principle for doing business in Malaysia.
