ชวนทุกคนมาทำความรู้จักกับตัวแทนผู้นำแห่งอนาคต 20 ท่านจากเครือเจริญโภคภัณฑ์ ที่จะเข้าร่วม One Young World Summit 2023 หรือ “การประชุมสุดยอดผู้นำเยาวชนที่ใหญ่ที่สุดในโลก” ที่จะถูกจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 2-5 ตุลาคม 2566 ณ เมืองเบลฟาสต์ ประเทศไอร์แลนด์เหนือร่วมกับเยาวชนจาก 190 ประเทศ โดยเป็นการรวมตัวกันเพื่อแสวงหาความร่วมมือและร่วมแก้ปัญหาวาระเร่งด่วนของโลกใน 5 ประเด็นสำคัญ คือ Peace and Reconciliation (สันติภาพและความปรองดอง) Climate Emergency (สถานการณ์ฉุกเฉินด้านสภาพภูมิอากาศ) Food Crisis (วิกฤตการณ์ทางอาหาร) Education (การศึกษา) และ Mental Health (สุขภาพจิต)
โดยในปีนี้เครือซีพีได้ทำการคัดเลือกตัวแทนเยาวชนคนรุ่นใหม่จากกลุ่มธุรกิจในเครือซีพี รวม 20 คน ที่มีความสนใจและต้องการแก้ปัญหาวาระเร่งด่วนของโลก ได้แก่
1. Peace and Reconciliation (สันติภาพและความปรองดอง)
คุณธัญพร ศรีพรมษา (CP ALL)
“One Young World is the lifelong community sector, regardless of what you do, that impacts the next generation, which inspired me to attend. I would like to make essential products and services more accessible and affordable and is inclusive for every person, irrespective of their race, religion or preference. We have the ability to serve persons with varying needs and My goal is to create a positive impact through this initiative and anticipate making Thai citizens happier today for a better tomorrow by treating them equally. I also expect from this program not just a matter of giving and taking, but also sharing experiences to achieve better and globally attainable solutions.”
2. Climate Emergency (สถานการณ์ฉุกเฉินด้านสภาพภูมิอากาศ)

“It is my mission to advocate the positive impacts of the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Especially, Climate Action! Every organization has a crucial role to improve and maximize their supply chain management to ensure the selection of ethical suppliers or business partners. As we need all stakeholders to become environmentally responsible. My highest expectation from One Young World is to network with people from around the world to learn about best practices and adapt them towards improving the organization and tackling the climate crisis.”

“Misplaced waste is prevalent throughout the globe, and because of our actions, conditions have only worsened into a climate emergency. I want to be the voice to advocate for eco-conscious consumption and waste management. Utilizing my opportunity with OYW, networking with peers globally, to achieve our company’s environmental agenda by integrating sustainability into school curriculums and creating waste centers across Thailand. I want to build a future where human and nature peacefully coexist, leaving the world better than how I found it.”
3. Food Crisis (วิกฤตการณ์ทางอาหาร)

“My inspiration to joining OYW is the realization that things are out of control. Individual effort is not enough. We need to unite as a collective force. That’s why CP Group stands as a symbol of our shared commitment. The starting point for change is the food crisis. Because without a full stomach, we can’t see beyond ourselves to make this planet better. We must become the kitchen of the world that provides affordable and good quality food. Fully integrated food systems is the solution, as we need to combine our resources, expertise, and passion. Together, we can fix this problem. It’s my expectation to learn global best practices to help address the issue of the global food crisis from experts and my fellow peers.”

“Food is a fundamental Human need. Today, hundreds of millions of people around the world are affected by the Global Food Crisis – lacking clean, safe, and nutritious food needed to live an active and healthy lifestyle. To tackle famine, food insecurity and malnutrition, we need to upgrade our supply and value chains from upstream to downstream. Representing C.P. Group and Thailand in this year’s One Young World Summit, by meeting other dedicated young leaders from around the world, networking and exchanging insights of best practices – will provide me with the opportunity to apply them in the context for Thailand and beyond. I believe, that by embracing Partnership and striving for Innovation, we will sustainably overcome the World’s Food Crisis.”

“The food crisis is closer to us than most people realise. It has an impact on our daily lives, such as rising food prices caused by lower agricultural production. I would like to drive our organization towards achieving zero food loss and zero food waste by 2030, by combining business and technology together to develop solutions that increase food productivity and eliminates all forms of food waste throughout our value chain.”

“As I work in the restaurant business, I experience food loss and food waste every single day. I believe that we need to eliminate both these issues as it amplifies the world’s food crisis. My proposed solution is to establish a national donation network that provides food to those in need. The food donations will consist of surplus foods from the hotel and restaurant industry. One Young World will be the global platform to experience and learn from international leaders and fellow peers. My goal is to ensure our organization will achieve Net-Zero success.”
4. Education (การศึกษา)

“Scarcity of teachers and the lack of support teachers receive today are what decelerates our education system. Teachers are discouraged from doing their job which results negatively to the development of our children. My mission here is to ensure that all teachers are given appropriate resources, support, and opportunities necessary for them to teach. By integrating technology into their teaching and improving their working conditions, I believe we can help solve this issue of teacher shortages while providing access to quality education for our children especially those from rural areas.”

This will support them in adapting to changing industries and economic landscapes.”

“I believe that there should not be a gap in education between the upper and lower class when it comes to accessing quality education. To create change for a better educational system for society, resources need to be better allocated to bridge the gap and I want to help by bringing modern teaching methods and learning material to schools in rural areas. No one should be left behind. And world cannot be change by just one person or one organization. We have to help each other and it’s our generational responsibility to achieve this. Here at One young world, a global community that we can share and create am impactful action to better societies for our next generation.”

“I believe that the most significant obstacle my country faces is the dropout rate of students from schools. The reason that students drop out of school is due to the lack of interest and poverty. My solution is to establish an online network-sharing platform that encourages, motivates and provides peer-to-peer support for higher education in Cambodia.”

“I choose education because with my own eyes I witnessed how people’s life has been changed upon receiving education. Unfortunately, access to education isn’t achievable when one lives in the remote area. So, what I want to drive for is the distribution of the education in remote area and to improve the quality of Education that is diverse for every students. What I expect from attending one young world is to collaborate with my peers who have the same goals and motivations to change the world for the better because to achieve impact, we cannot work alone”
5. Mental Health (สุขภาพจิต)

Mental health is universal, impacting everyone regardless of age or gender. Today, i’m concerned about the affects of mental health problems caused by excessive use of social media. Therefore, I would like to build an online platform that support system of network volunteers. To enhance the quality of life for individuals who facing mental health challenges. The One Young World Summit providing a unique opportunity to learn, network and create a positive impact in the world.

A great mental wellbeing can foster endless possibilities, yet the cost of mental treatment is the biggest barrier | that stops people from seeking help from psychologists and psychiatrists. By implementing generative AI, we can develop next-generation chatbots that detect early signs of mental illness. Thereby, making mental health services more affordable and accessible for everyone.

Mental health is matters. My dream is to build a world that anyone can access to mental health assistance. By utilizing telemedicine people can gain access to mental health care directly from doctors and psychiatrists. So this will enable easier and faster service for everyone. “My motivation for joining One Young World this year comes from a deep desire to achieve impactful change. Mental health, in my perspective, it is affected by everything that we encounter in our lives and this problem has been hidden under the rock. To address this, I advocate to raise awareness, create understanding, and easily accessible mental health care support systems. From One Young World, I anticipate a platform to channel my contributions to my organization, community, and nation. Through collaborations, we can forge an impact, to drive a more compassionate and empowered the world.”

“Nowadays, more and more people are experiencing mental health issues. People said that mental health is as important as physical health, but mental health issues are mostly unnoticed since they are not visible to others. I joined One Young World as I dream of a world where mental health treatment can be accessible for everyone and people don’t have to suffer so much from mental health issues. I would like to create a world where mental health is a priority. As I want to spread awareness and mental health issues can be detected early as preventative medical care.”
