กรุงเทพฯ – 22 พฤษภาคม 2568 – ทรู อินเทอร์เน็ต ดาต้า เซ็นเตอร์ (True IDC) ผู้นำด้านดาต้าเซ็นเตอร์และบริการคลาวด์ ภายใต้เครือเจริญโภคภัณฑ์ (CP) เปิดตัว “AI Hyperscale Data Center” แห่งแรกของประเทศไทยอย่างเป็นทางการ ตอกย้ำความมุ่งมั่นในการยกระดับโครงสร้างพื้นฐานดิจิทัลของประเทศให้พร้อมรองรับเศรษฐกิจยุคใหม่ และขับเคลื่อนประเทศไทยสู่การเป็นศูนย์กลางดิจิทัลแห่งอาเซียน
คุณศุภชัย เจียรวนนท์ ประธานคณะผู้บริหาร เครือเจริญโภคภัณฑ์ เปิดเผยว่า การเปิดตัว AI Hyperscale Data Center ครั้งนี้ เป็นก้าวย่างสำคัญของประเทศไทยในการเข้าสู่ยุค Giga Data Center อย่างแท้จริง โครงสร้างพื้นฐานดิจิทัลไม่เพียงรองรับการเติบโตของเทคโนโลยี แต่ยังเป็นกลไกหลักในการขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจใหม่ของประเทศ ทั้งภาคธุรกิจและภาคประชาชน ซึ่งจะทำให้ไทยสามารถแข่งขันได้ในระดับโลก พร้อมสำหรับอนาคตของ AI ทั้งในระดับประเทศและระดับภูมิภาค นอกจากนี้การลงทุนโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน Data Center ยังก่อให้เกิดประโยชน์ด้านองค์ความรู้ต่อคนไทย
“การที่เราจะทำให้ทุกคน ทุกบริษัท ทุกอุตสาหกรรม เข้าถึง AI และ Cloud Technology ก็ต้องอาศัยโครงการพื้นฐานคือ Data Center นับเป็นเรื่องที่ดีกับประเทศไทย เพราะนอกจากจะนำมาซึ่งประโยชน์แก่คนไทย และอุตสาหกรรมไทยแล้ว ยังเกิดประโยชน์สู่ภูมิภาค ทำให้ประเทศไทยเป็นศูนย์กลางระดับภูมิภาคได้ และทำให้คนไทยได้รับองค์ความรู้จากการค้นคว้าวิจัยด้านดิจิทัลอีกด้วย” คุณศุภชัยกล่าว

คุณฐนสรณ์ ใจดี ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร True IDC เปิดเผยว่า AI Hyperscale Data Center แห่งใหม่นี้ คือโครงสร้างพื้นฐานที่มาช่วยยกระดับมาตรฐานดาต้าเซ็นเตอร์ของไทย ทั้งด้านเทคโนโลยี วิศวกรรม ความยั่งยืน มีความสามารถรองรับเวิร์กโหลดและลูกค้าระดับ Hyperscale ผ่านการออกแบบทุกมิติให้พร้อมรองรับอุตสาหกรรมยุคดิจิทัล โดยเฉพาะกลุ่มที่ขับเคลื่อนด้วย Data Cloud และ AI เสริมศักยภาพประเทศไทยในการสร้างเทคโนโลยีด้วยตนเองอย่างมั่นคงและปลอดภัย”
ดาต้าเซ็นเตอร์แห่งนี้ถือเป็นดาต้าเซ็นเตอร์ระดับเอไอไฮเปอร์สเกล (AI Hyperscale) ที่ออกแบบมาสำหรับการประมวลผล AI และเวิร์กโหลดขนาดใหญ่ ให้บริการด้วยกำลังไฟฟ้ากว่า 20 เมกะวัตต์ สนับสนุนการประมวลผลที่ต้องการเสถียรภาพและความเร็วสูง ตลอดจนการประมวลผลของ GPU (Graphic Processing Unit) ตัวอาคารติดตั้งระบบระบายความร้อนประสิทธิภาพสูงด้วย Smart Fan Wall Unit และออกแบบให้รองรับการใช้เทคโนโลยีระบายความร้อนด้วยของเหลว (Liquid Cooling) พร้อมระบบสำรองสนับสนุนการทำงานของดาต้าเซ็นเตอร์แบบ High Redundancy เพื่อรับรองการทำงานของระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ที่กำลังประมวลผลภายในดาต้าเซ็นเตอร์แบบไม่หยุดชะงัก ตลอดจนความต่อเนื่องของธุรกิจที่นำระบบคอมพิวเตอร์มาวางภายในดาต้าเซ็นเตอร์แห่งนี้ พร้อมออกแบบให้มีการควบคุมประสิทธิภาพด้านพลังงานด้วยการกำหนดค่า PUE (Power Usage Effectiveness) ที่ดีที่สุดในประเทศไทย และมีการจัดตั้งศูนย์วิจัยการนวัตกรรมดาต้าเซ็นเตอร์ (Data Center Innovation Lab) ภายในอาคารเพื่อใช้เป็นพื้นที่ทดสอบและพัฒนาโซลูชันใหม่ ๆ สำหรับในทุกอุตสาหกรรม

This AI Hyperscale Data Center is purpose-built for AI processing and large-scale workloads, equipped with over 20 megawatts of power capacity to support high-performance and stable computing, including GPU (Graphic Processing Unit) workloads. The facility features a high-efficiency smart fan wall unit cooling system and is designed to support liquid cooling technology. It also includes high redundancy backup systems to ensure uninterrupted computing operations and continuous business services. The center is optimized for energy efficiency with Thailand’s best-in-class Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) and houses a Data Center Innovation Lab for testing and developing new solutions across various industries.
