โครงการลำพูนดิสทริบิวชั่นเซ็นเตอร์ ตั้งอยู่บนถนนซุปเปอร์ไฮเวย์ เชียงใหม่-ลำปาง ต. บ้านกลาง อ.เมือง จ.ลำพูน บนพื้นที่กว่า 90 ไร่ โดยแบ่งการพัฒนาโครงการออกเป็น 2 เฟส โดยเฟสแรกจะเป็นศูนย์กระจายสินค้าครบวงจร มีกำหนดก่อสร้างแล้วเสร็จและพร้อมเปิดใช้งานในไตรมาส 2 ปี 2567 และเฟสที่ 2 จะพัฒนาเป็นส่วนต่อขยายศูนย์กระจายสินค้า เพื่อสนับสนุนการเจริญเติบโตของกลุ่มธุรกิจค้าปลีกในเครือ พร้อมทั้งจะเป็นพื้นที่พาณิชย์ เพื่อตอบสนองการขยายตัวของเมืองลำพูน และทำให้เป็นโลจิสติกพาร์คที่ใหญ่ที่สุดในภาคเหนือของเครือเจริญโภคภัณฑ์ และจะเป็นต้นแบบโมเดลด้านโลจิสติกส์ที่สำคัญของเครือฯ ทั้งด้านเทคโนโลยีและความยั่งยืน

Bangkok, 24 August 2023 – CP Future City Development Corporation Limited (CPFC), a new, fully integrated real estate company under C.P. Group, and the developer of Lamphun Distribution Center, has signed lease agreements with All Now Management Company Limited (All Now), Ek-Chai Distribution System Co., Ltd. (Lotus’s), and CP Axtra Public Company Limited (Makro) to fully occupy first phase of Lamphun Distribution Center. This strategic alliance marks the first collaboration between C.P Group’s retail, agriculture, logistics, and real estate businesses under CP Synergy and CP Excellence strategies. The initiative underscores C.P. Group’s ambition to elevate business excellence through an integrated approach under the Sharing Economy concept. The vision is to shape a comprehensive logistics center, serving C.P. Group’s retail operations across 15 provinces in Northern and Upper Central Thailand. The Lumphun Distribution Center first phase is scheduled for completion in 2024, followed by additional phases to be completed by 2027.

The Lamphun Distribution Center, located on the Chiang Mai-Lampang Superhighway in Muang district, is the first phase of a multi-asset logistics park spanning more than 90 Rai and is scheduled for completion in Q2 2024. Future phases include a commercial / community zone and additional distribution center and warehouse spaces and are scheduled for completion by 2027, bolstering the growth of C.P. Group’s retail businesses and fostering Lamphun’s expansion and transformation. Once fully constructed, it will become C.P. Group’s largest distribution center in the Northern region, setting a significant model for sustainable logistics excellence.
